Here's How it Works:

As a RealInvestor Software affiliate, we will pay you a 30% commission rate on all products ordered by the customers you refer to us, plus a 10% commission on all sub-affiliate referred orders. So when your referred customer refers another customer... you get paid 10% on that order as well.

The system is very simple:

• You use any technique that you desire to get your visitors to click on a link that will bring them to our web site. These techniques include but are not limited to using sales copy pages, banner ads, text ads, newsletters, pay per click ads, etc. Please DO NOT USE SPAM to promote our products!
  
  
• Included in your link to our site is your affiliate ID that will identify that the visitor is coming from you. (ex. http://www.realinvestorsoftware.com?affiliateid=123)
  
  
• We capture the affiliate ID from the URL string and store it in a cookie on the visitors computer.
  
  
• When the visitor makes a purchase, we retrieve the affiliate ID from the cookie, and store it in our database along with the customer order information. Once a customer referred by you makes a purchase, they are permanently associated to you, and you will automatically earn residual commissions for any purchases that this customer makes in the future. This works the same for people that you refer and become sub-affiliates.
  
  
• At the end of each month, we will mail you a check for your total commissions for the previous month. We hold commissions for 30 days so we can honor the 30 day money back guarantee that we give with our products. And because all of our products have very high commissions, there is no minimum pay out amount. If you or your sub-affiliates referred ONE order to us, you get paid for the commission. Period.

Note: Because we store your affiliate ID in a cookie on the visitors computer, we can track them even if they do not make a purchase on the first visit. Let's say they subscribe for our special reports, or any of our future offerings, then they receive email promotions from us that trigger them to buy. We will still be able to credit you for that referral because your affiliate ID can be retrieved from their computer at the time of purchase.

You can log into your affiliate profile at any time to view your stats to see how many referred visitors you sent to us, and how many referred purchases were made. This not only allows you to easily see what commissions you can expect to receive for the month, but it also helps you to determine which marketing strategy is resulting in the most visitor click throughs. And click throughs directly relate to sales conversions, which result in big fat commission checks.

We will supply you with banner and text ads, as well as current sales copy material to help ensure that you are using the marketing tools that we learn work the best. As we test and discover new techniques that are working well, we will automatically inform you by email to let you know so you can make adjustments on your site if you desire.

Don't have a website? That's ok, we also supply you with a discount code that you can use for offline advertising that will capture your affiliate id. This discount code will give your customer 10% off their purchase, and guarantee that you get credit for the commission.

Who should be an affiliate?

If you sell a product or service, or provide informative information that is designed for the Real Estate Investing community, then we encourage you to join us as an affiliate and earn excellent commissions by referring our in demand product to your customers and site visitors.

We require that our affiliated sites must be related to the Real Estate Investing business in some form. Weather you have a product or offer that is Real Estate Investing related, or if your site is an information portal for Real Estate Investing, it must have some relevance to the nature of our product. We will check the source site content of all of our linking affiliates to verify that their content is related.

If you are a member of an REI Club, or regularly attend seminars, and you would like to refer other investors to us and earn commissions on referred product purchases, then we encourage you to become an affiliate and use our discount code to promote our product. You can create an affiliate account and then refer customers by giving them your discount code to save them 10%. This discount code will capture your affiliate ID and give you credit for the referral.

How do you get paid?

At the end of each month, we calculate the total commissions for all the orders that you or your sub-affiliates have referred to us, and mail you a check for the balance. Because we have such high commission rates, there is no minimum accrual payout balance for commissions. If you or your sub-affiliates sell one product, or 1000 products, we will still send you a commission check. It's really that simple!

We process all commission checks on the first business day of each month, and usually get your check in the mail by the second business day of that month.

How we calculate referred order commissions immediately?

Commissions are calculated using the following formula:
(Product Retail Price - Discount (if applicable) - Product Cost - PayPal Fee) = Net Profit x 30% (10% for sub-affiliated commissions)

Note: PayPal transaction fees are 2.9% + $0.30 on each purchase.

Your commission applies to the net profit after all expenses. In some cases we may offer a promotional discount. This discount will be applied to the product price during checkout by the customer entering a special discount code. Your commission will reflect the amount of the applied discount, however discounts will rarely exceed 10% of the retail price.
